Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using GymRubix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using GymRubix on behalf of a gym or business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

To use GymRubix, you will need to create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity that happens under your account.
• Ensuring the information you and your staff enter, including member details, is accurate and up to date.
• Making sure your use of GymRubix complies with the laws that apply to your gym.

Please notify us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

GymRubix provides software tools to help you run your gym. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your staff enter, and for how you choose to use it.

GymRubix is offered on a subscription basis with monthly, 6-month, and yearly plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees for your chosen plan. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.

Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change over time; we will give you notice before any change affects your renewal. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

We offer a one-month free trial so you can explore GymRubix before you pay. No credit card or bank details are required to start.

You may use GymRubix to manage your gym and its members in line with these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your legitimate business purposes.

Any workout plans, diet plans, or AI-powered suggestions in GymRubix are for informational purposes only. They are not medical or professional fitness advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified doctor or trainer.

To keep GymRubix safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or copy the Services without our permission.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Misuse member data or use it in ways your members have not agreed to.

You own the data and content you and your members add to GymRubix, including member records, plans, and business information. We do not claim ownership of it.

You grant us permission to host, process, and display this data only as needed to provide and improve the Services. You can export or request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

GymRubix, including our software, design, branding, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership of GymRubix itself, and you may not use our name or branding without written permission.

We work hard to keep GymRubix available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control. We aim to schedule planned maintenance at convenient times and to minimize any disruption.

GymRubix is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay applicable fees. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Because we offer a free one-month trial to try GymRubix first, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.

If you think there has been a billing error, contact us at hello@gymcrm.in and we'll make it right.

We may update these Terms as GymRubix grows and as laws change. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you where appropriate. Continuing to use GymRubix after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to GymRubix or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
