GymRubix ("we", "us", or "our") provides gym management software that helps gym owners run their business: managing members, payments, attendance, analytics, workout and diet plans, and member communication. This policy applies to our website, business dashboard, member web app, and related services (together, the "Services").

By using GymRubix, you agree to the practices described here. If you run a gym on GymRubix, you are also responsible for making sure your own members understand how their information is handled.

You own your data. GymRubix simply processes the information you and your members provide, only to deliver and improve the Services. We never sell it.

We only collect what we need to run your gym smoothly:

• Account details: your name, email, phone number, and login credentials when you create a GymRubix account.
• Gym information: your gym's name, address, branding, business details, staff, and settings.
• Member information: details you add about members, such as names, contact details, membership plans, attendance, and any fitness notes you choose to record.
• Payment information: billing details and transaction records. Card and bank payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: how you interact with the Services, including features used, device and browser type, and IP address.
• Cookies: small files that keep you signed in and help us understand how the product is used.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and renewals.
